Responsibilities: - Assess, develop, and implement selection process and tools that increase the level of top talent in the organization while ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations. - Develop and coordinate delivery of selection training to both recruiters and hiring managers, with a focus on improving quality while maintaining efficiency. - In partnership with other HR teams, look to create alignment between selection and development processes. Qualifications: - At least Bachelor's degree from a well-known university - 5 years of mid-to-senior-level-position recruiting experience in the retainer or contigency-based search firm or inhouse experience in the large organization. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands. - Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long term hiring needs. - Fluent English ability is required. - Smart and result-driven
