? Develop, design and qualification of new equipment for new project requirements.
? Provide feasibility studies of new concepts and ideas.
? Communication and coordination with different teams and departments.
? Lead and coordinate coast saving projects.
? Conduct evalution of both new and exist equipment for new project requirement.
? Familiar with the defect modle of product, propose related improvement plan and and make sure it is implement. Continuously improve equipment capacity,capability and resource optimization,special focus on the bottleneck process.
? Continuously improvement of equipment intelligent and systematic management.
? Continuously improvement of equipment automation rate in plant.
? Train the new employees and make sure they are know what we need to do and how to do.
? Supporting NPI for equipment qualification.
? Support production department in problems solving of key quality and process issue
? Supporting to fix machine hard-down issue with fast recovery solution.
? Ensure compliance with EHS and Quanlity system requirements.
? Support on other tasks as assigned from superior from time to time
