Responsibility：1. Monitor compliance with quality procedures throughout the department2. Define necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality3. 2nd instance to decide about block/release/scrap/rework of products in case of potential defects4. Assure that new equipment/processes/tools become qualified5. Assess potential impacts/risks in case of product deviations6.
